No Problem Seeni, Our customer's either are trained not to complain about constantly rebooting the issue, or the issue has diminished over the course of time. We haven't changed anything. Environmentally however, the temps in Texas have gone down since the height of our troubles.... But I believe you guys that the "bad batch"units were fixed with he 1.07 firmware (which I assume was also incorporated into 1.08 which is what we use) and the temp issue are no longer an issue. (Plus I don't like the idea of replacing some 120 units which we deployed from our June and July orders.. we still have 32 left in stock...... Trying to get Electro-com to swap those for new ones just incase they have that slight hardware problem from beck then... no word yet... (KEVIN??!!)
