You may be onto something.  Could the sB somehow be caching the IP of the 
downstream unit, even if its off?  Therefore, when the downstream unit 
turns on and it tries to gets an IP from the DHCP server, the cache of 
the "stayed alive" AirBridge is preventing it from doing so since its 
IP's don't match it internal IP/MAC cache?  (remember the caching AB 
does)?  Just a thought.  Crazy though huh?  (from what I remember sB 
stated the cache is refreshed like every 15 minutes or so??
