We've seen situations like this where the customer leaves for
a while, especially around a holiday, and they have everything
for their computer plugged into a power strip. Before they leave
they turn off their computer, and then shut off the power strip
killing the juice to everything including the SMC router.

Just saying, it could just be that they shut it off.

Subject: RE: [smartBridges] I would like to know if this is the 1.08 firmware lock up issue some of you are having ????

Hi,
Over the last six month, I've tested Smartbridges & want to deploy with it.
We got fiber & last Friday, I officially lauch my services.
So I hook up my first custumer.
I was wondering, how long it's gonna stay.

It stayed 71hours.

At 4h00 today, I notice their SMC router was not log in anymore via PPPOE.

I would like to know if this is the 1.08 firmware lock up issue some of you are having ????

I can log their AB wirelessly. Sig 87% Quality 85%
I can reset their unit wirelessly.
The ethernet receive statistique is 0.
Under simple monitor, Ethernet receive all stay at 0.
Under Simple NMS, if I select their devices,... it's turning. The ethernet is turning.
So I drive up & did a powercycle... Same thing.
Downgrade from 1.07 wirelessly.  Same thing.
Just no receive ethernet, & tomorrow morning, I have to call them to explain I need to fix it.

I just wish it's ain't gonna be like this all the time.
