www.teletronics.com. Get one of their bandpass filters. It unfortunately introduces -3db loss, but if you put it between your radio and the antenna it will likely solve the problem. They are cheap enough to give it a try anyway.

I tried putting copper mesh around the APPOs and using STP cat 5 cable and grounding it, but it still interfered. Next I tried putting the APPO in a steel box in addition to the STP. It STILL killed Channel 7. If I put the APPOs inside a steel box inside a building at the base of the tower and ran LMR-600 up the tower (approximately 85 feet) do you guys think that will a) prevent the interference, and b) still have enough signal? Would I need to amp that? AND if I amp it will it just re-introduce the noise, once again knocking out Channel 7? Thanks Sam PS: Any other suggestions would be welcome.... :) The PART-15.ORG smartBridges Discussion List To Join: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (in the body type subscribe smartBridges <yournickname> To Remove: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (in the body type unsubscribe smartBridges) Archives: http://archives.part-15.org The PART-15.ORG smartBridges Discussion List To Join: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (in the body type subscribe smartBridges <yournickname> To Remove: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (in the body type unsubscribe smartBridges) Archives: http://archives.part-15.org
