uh - I had missed that! Probably because I bought the first aluminium 13" without firewire thinking there would be no refresh for a while a few months before they squeezed FW back in... so to extend the question (and thanks for the info) she has a PC but is doing graphic design and talked about calibration and colouring. With Macs as industry-standard, she wants a machine dedicated to her graphic work. Does the change of gamma settings in Snow Leopard sound like it could be an annoyance to her? (ie should I tell her how to change it back to 'normal' Mac settings?)
