Hi Everyone. I need some help attaching a second screen to my Mac mini. The apple shop said to get an HDMI Male to SVGA VGA M Converter A/V Cable Lead.
It has arrived and I have attached the cable to the HDMI slot on the back of the mini but when I switch both screens on, the main screen is fine, the other screen, the new one keeps floating a message - No VGA Cable Both screens are Dells. I have been into the system preferences and tried the Displays - detect displays option but nothing happens. What have I done wrong?
