See I would say that discussion of condom usage is only appropriate for the parent, or the parent’s designee to discuss. No other group, governmental or media, has the right to usurp the parents wishes in that matter.
I half agree with you i think the parents should be the ones to talk to their kids. but unfortunately not all do so for the ones who dont it should be available. at our school the parents had to sign a consent form for the kids to learn about sex ed.
