If that's the case, along with the other....he didn't rape her plain and simple. I wasn't sure in the beginning and wavered back and forth but leaned toward gulity...I'm like you now, seriously starting to think the girl is wacked and he didn't rape her.
 
Call him what you want, but sounds like she's trying to nail a innocent guy. Scary thing is how many were ready to condemn him to the gallows.....and looks like he might just have been innocent all along.

I just heard a new report.  The detective said that when they interviewed her she said she didn't think she told him no.  It was only in later interviews the story became that she told him no several times and cried.

No, but it does have bearing on whether he raped her or not.  If she herself doesn't remember if she was clear in saying no, then that matters don't you think?  What if all she said to him was "Maybe we shouldn't do this", is that clearly no?
