Sounds good to me, but he wouldn't go for it. He doesn't like green beans.

I can give you a excellant one, he won't even know they were fried. ROFL It's one we've used for several years.....ever  made a pork chop casserole?

Take and fry your pork chops like normal, set your oven on about 425....get a large cassarole dish, layer the bottom with potatos ( use every how many you need depending on the size of your dish ) , layer the pork chops across the top of the potatos, then cover the pork chops with a can or two of green beans.

Season with salt, pepper and cooking oil and a dab of butter. Bake it for about 2 hours or until the potatos are really tender.....and serve. We always make a pan of cornbread with it, my ex found the receipe in the newspaper in La several years back and we loved it. Used it ever since......

So now I need a good recipe for cooking pork chops b/c Neil said he didn't want them fried since that's how we had them. I'm going to fry one package and cook the other package another way. Just need ideas for that other way.

Yep that's what I did too. Of course Dean was a pig when he was a baby and ate anything you fed him. Huge difference now. Like tonight for dinner, he only ate Lima Beans, creamed corn and mashed potatoes, wouldnt eat the pork chops.

It didn't with Nicole either! lol She kept acting like she was hungry, and the hospital had told us no solid food..just formula. Someone at Church finally told us to start mixing alittle of the ceral they make for babies with her formula and that would do it. Sure enough, Nicole was a happy camper. lol

Yeah, no kidding.  And the idea of waiting for 6 months to feed the kid real food never worked with our children!  Kids are supposed to be *active* so their caloric intake is irrelevant.  The problem is kids today are lazy.

Toddlers Taking In Too Much Fat

SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 25, 2003
(AP) Even before their second birthday, many American children are developing the same bad eating habits that plague the nation's adults - too much fat, sugar and salt and too few fruits and vegetables.
A new study of more than 3,000 youngsters found significant numbers of infants and toddlers are downing french fries, pizza, candy and soda.
