What's gross about pork chops, green
beans and potatos? They perfectly compliment each other. :P

won't even know they were fried. ROFL It's one we've used for several
years.....ever made a pork chop casserole?
Take and fry your pork chops like
normal, set your oven on about 425....get a large cassarole dish, layer
the bottom with potatos ( use every how many you need depending on the
size of your dish ) , layer the pork chops across the top of the potatos,
then cover the pork chops with a can or two of green beans.
Season with salt, pepper and
cooking oil and a dab of butter. Bake it for about 2 hours or until the
potatos are really tender.....and serve. We always make a pan of cornbread
with it, my ex found the receipe in the newspaper in La several years
back and we loved it. Used it ever since......
