BUFFALO-STYLE
CHICKEN WINGS
2 lbs chicken wings (you can
also use skinless, boneless chicken strips)
4 teaspoons sunflower
oil
2 teaspoons
paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons of
salt
1 teaspoon ground red
pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground
pepper
Combine oil, paprika, salt,
ground red pepper, ground pepper to form a paste in a bowl. Add Chicken and
toss with paste mixture until well coated. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. You
can use boneless chicken cut in strips instead of the wings if you prefer (I
bake it at 400). Serve with dipping sauce.
DIPPING
SAUCE
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour
cream
1 green onion,
chopped
1 clove of garlic pushed
through a press
1 Tablespoon of lemon
juice
1/4 Cup crumbled Blue
Cheese
Combine all ingredients mix
well.
