absolutely unconstitutional, not to mention UNJUST. We all want JUSTICE.
That’s part of the problem. There is JUST no guarantee for JUSTICE in this
life. That is the basis of most religions - and, ironically, why the
terrorists believe they will "go to heaven” when they die for their 'JUST'
cause. The Bosnian whose mother and sisters were rapped and murdered wants
JUSTICE. Is there any way he/she will receive JUSTICE? The Palestinian who
has grown up in the squalor of a refugee camp and knows only that his family
’s ancestral land was taken from his grandparents wants JUSTICE too. Is it
possible? I am a retired AF crewmember (originally trained as a
Bomb/Navigator on the B47) and do not shy away from retaliation. But I have
no allusions that " JUSTICE " is possible. I do believe that much can be
done to prevent this type of terrorism from reoccurring. I do not believe
my personal freedom would be diminished if required to have a domestic
passport to board a commercial airplane. Terrorists hide behind
anonomididy. Next time I board a plane, I hope there are no 'anonymous'
passengers - of whatever stripe. In the mean time, we must all be vigilant,
but there is no need to beat up on each other. Regis
