I don't know Compufoil well, but it's probably expecting 1, 0 as the first coordinate. 
So try opening the file (it's just a text file, whatever silly 3 character extension 
has been added) and type 1.00 0.00 as the first coordinate pair, just above 0.999841  
-0.000170. While you're in there, make sure the last point is also 1.00, 0.00. Save it 
as .cor or whatever it is that Compufoil recognizes, and try opening it again.
