The resolution on the timestamp is ms and there is no other load on the
sending system.

The duplicate messages still creep in there at 500kbs, 250kbs and 125kbs but
the occurrence decreases a significantly as you go down.

I haven't checked the bitrate registers, but otherwise it look good.
