to explain the confusion:
0. the Kerberos case has ISO metric holes and screws, so we provide a different
SATA mounting kit, that also allows for better ventilation

Andreas got a plain soekris kit, where we (should have) provided metric
standoffs, usually they are white plastic.
1. the soekris case has colonial/US standard ('English') threading so the
gold standoffs are not metric. But the 4 screws that go into the harddisk
are metric, so use the 4 screws that were in the board to fix the
metal bracket to the standoffs and the 4 provided screws from the kit
to fix the harddisk.
