graphically cool hair interface + control tool, and awesome high quality 
view... and so slow that I hardly see you using it with full fancy view port 
stuff on when working :)
and mscatter for ICE already do same thing for trees but faster...
so they are just wasting dev time creating something that can already be done 
in SI.... oh well

See that's one of the things that puzzles me. is Autodesk is supposedly really 
pulling out all the stops to allow you to bounce around the various apps to be 
able to use them for their "strengths"and then seamlessly go back to the 
product you were mainly using (read Maya).

If that was truely the case they could have spent a little time boxing up a few 
new compounds for ICE and its job done. Why go to all the time and expense of 
rebuilding it in another application. Top that off with we are not getting an 
extension this time around and its more then a little annoying.
