Our scrums were through emails rather than in person meeting, although this offered the same functionality. At the end of each day, each team member had to communicate to our technical coordinator (through email or chat) what he /she did during the day, what he/she will be doing the next day and if there are any blockers in moving forward. The coordinator then compiled all individual information received from the team into a single email and send this email to all team members. When we started the next day, we all know what each person is working on today and if there is anything blocking them that we can help with.
