Hi Alain,

Sorry that I was not at the last IETF meeting nor the IETF-3GPP meeting and I
am some what ignorant of the amount of support this draft received and the
arguments that have been used in these meetings . However, declaring the
adoption of this draft as a WG document in 5 days without specifying a deadline
seems to me a little fast!

On the other hand, After reading this draft a couple of times. I failed to
understand the value of this solution to MIP6 and PMIP6 as they quite clearly
referenced in the draft.

In other words, since mobility architecture seems to be a major beneficiary
target for this solution, it is quite important for us to understand what this
draft offers and how it fits or overlay this architecture?

Thanks for your considerations.

Regards,
Ahmad
