I'd say one before and one after.  The one before is general buckshot,
then the tickets are punted, then another one focussed on the stuff we
want to get done for 3.0.

Well, it's faster, but we've _always_ needed tinker time.  Look at
the scores, play with the scores, tweak the logs of people who may not
have been so diligent about keeping the piles orthogonal...  I figure
since this is the first time we're using the perceptron there'll be some
"getting used to" fidgeting.  I should probably whip out some test data
and get used to the silly thing. ;)
