This is not the way we should be planning a major release (based on a
date) and the schedule is much too early for us to finalize our 3.0
feature set.

We should determine which features and bug fixes are minimally desired
for 3.0 and base our planning around that.  For example, I think we must
solidify the test types (body, raw, etc.) before we can release 3.0.

Let's talk about features and bugs and *then* schedule, not the other
way around.  I'm willing to put together the list of bugs (and stuff not
in bugs yet, but covered on -dev) that I think are minimally needed by
the end of the weekend.
