   Yup.  If you're trying to run a DNS-based RBL, that'll
stop you in your tracks.

   You don't *have* to use CPAN, but it's easier than the alternatives.
Beware that Net::DNS has a few dependencies.  I ran afoul of that this
afternoon whilst updating one of my test systems.
