Sure there is.  You report the source of the e-mail address in the
confirmation message.

Problem is, that this is an unacceptable tactic.  You'd be stunned at
the "bigger fish" that called and asked me if they could clean their
scraped list in this manner.  The rules don't change just because you
are small time.
