Dear All When I tried to run the peptide analysis, after I set all the parameters and start to run, there will be a error showing " PeptideProphetParser.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
I tried to restart the computer but it does not work. I do not know what is wrong. Does anyone have some advice for this problem? Thank you for your kind help!
