I tried to run some mzml files from msconvert through Mascot Daemon version 2.3 and received the following error:
Cannot process input xml-file due to error %s:line %d. col %d - %s I had mzML selected in the Mascot Daemon. Does mascot not handel mzML files from msconvert? Thanks, Bill William H. Vensel, PhD.
