Yousry,

I will confess you that this is the first site I visited. I have Suse 9.3 
and this help mailing list belongs to them (http://www.linux-usb.org) or at 
least they have a link to this mailing list...

Also I will confess that when I followed their instructions I made lot of 
errors (it was the first time I used Kate, in fact I did not know that I had 
to use an text editor) and of course it did not work.

Well, I will reinstall Suse (this is the 3rd time :S) and will retry.

Now at least after so many trials I know almost perfectly what I have to 
do... Three or four experiences like this one and Bill Gates will require my 
services as an expert, but do not worry my reply will be "no thanks, Linux 
is so lovely, so exciting and the Linux community is so kind that I can't 
let them down in spite of all the hours I wasted in front of my computer to 
get installed  the f... USB modem"

I do not know how this story will end but at least I am happy to practice my 
English...
