I have a few questions for you as 6man wg co-chair:

1) Can a specification (such as some being pursued in spring) violate a
standard (RFC8200) at will, without formally updating it?

2) Is it within spring's charter to specify behaviors that result in an
outright violation of specifications it does not "control"?

Thanks,
