This is my understanding.  OHSA has no new electrical requirements per se;
however, OHSA does expect the use of consensus standards to help in the
selection of the best method to achieve compliance with the OSHA regulations
and therefore; reference NFPA 70E.

Subject: regarding fire pumps

A couple of things to share..

FM has issued a recall on woods couplings and are requesting they be
replaced.
I did a test the other day with FM and he noted the woods and told me he'd
send me the info.

I've also been told, but can't confirm there are new OSHA reg's on entering
a motor contoller.
I was told, a couple of times, that there are new training courses and
apparell required.
I guess this means taking voltage and current readings.
Anyone know more about this?
