We realize that things will change. Don't they always! <s>

We have emails and letters from the client in regards to our questions and
their answers. They are just looking to provide storage space for spare parts
and repair items for their large construction type vehicles. We're just trying
to make sure we ask the right questions.

Subject: RE: Determining a Warehouse Commodity Classification

just food for thought... I have never seen a "spec" warehouse stay the way
the owner/developer described it. After the job is done, many liberties will
be taken, of which YOU did not make them aware, (height, location, type,
etc..) Be sure you document well.....
