We had a flow switch catch fire once.   Seems that Sparky was told to
wire all the FLS stuff from a dedicated circuit ahead of the main
disconnect so he brought 460 from the transformer to the flow switch and
... well, at least it was next to a pre-cast tilt-up panel wall and
didn't involve the structure.

Hello David,

We had a jockey pump catch fire after the electrician wired it and
started it up while our guys were gone to lunch. They got back on site
to find the Fire Dept. using a Fire extinguisher on the new pump. The
electrician "thought" it was a 220 feed to the 440 pump....
