The adjusted flow equals the flow of the leg with the lowest pressure
times the square root of the lowest pressure over the higher pressure.
Then add the adjusted flow to the higher flow requirement for the total
flow required at the higher pressure.

pressure
one by the higher pressure and therefore you get the higher flows
balanced
at the higher pressure demand point?

You flow them One at the time. Then balance at the point they come
together.
Then you flow both to ensure they will work together.
