You can replace with a watts PRV. http://www.watts.com/pro/_productsFull_tree.asp?catId=64&parCat=293&pid=803&ref=2 I put one on a system in my house and had to run it down pretty far to get it to stop relieving at 140 lbs system pressure. The springs see to lose tension over time.
