The handicapped bathroom size required is interesting along with the coincidence of the 55 sq. ft. above a room; however, the room below is generally sprinklered. My real interest is what it is about a certain size bathroom that makes it qualify for sprinkler omission. A lit cigarette dropped into a waste basket will create just as big of a fire in this smaller room as in a larger room. Thanks for the input fellows.
