Does NFPA 13 require "As-built" drawings? NFPA 13 22.1.1 talks about working plans being completed before any equipment is installed or remodeled, but it doesn't require the facility owner to have a set of "as-built" drawings. What is the industry practice for this? What about facilities that require strict quality assurance and/or configuration management?
