Travis, Don't forget that a cooler doesn't need a dry system or even dry pendent sprinklers provided it doesn't freeze. The bigger the cooler the more stable the temperature.

Because this is storage, I believe we will still need to have the 30% increase in design area, correct?? Also, can I grid a single interlock preaction system protecting a storage occupancy?
