Even at the outlet the temperature is well below 212. There was a maximum number thrown out earlier in this thread. Or maybe that was for the sauna? In any event, and I'm sure you've seen this, there is a greater or lesser distance between the outlet and where you "see" the "steam" depending on how much pressure is behind it, whether it's just steam or superheated steam, etc. The part you DON"T see is the steam. The rest is water vapor.
