God yes. I think I know Forest well enough to know what emoticon he's using. I hope the old guys know which one I'm using. Kevin on the other hand is new, doesn't know the culture yet, and hasn't discovered that even when we seem to be growling our tails are wagging. New guys are sensitive sometimes and need special handling. And as a fellow much smarter than I has said many times, "And that's all I have to say about that."
