I couldn't recall the name of our contact who'd recently moved on to a tank inspection firm when someone recently asked about tank inspections; these folks do both divers and robots.
MUMFORD-BJORKMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. New Castle, DE http://mbatanks.com/ I know the person we deal with is knowledgeable and trustworthy from work at a previous firm (that I mentioned in my first response). I cannot otherwise vouch for the firm, but just got their e-newsletter and wanted to pass along the resource.
