"The Chosen One"-
well, Top, gotta admit it has a nice ring to it.
Maybe you'll get a Nobel Prize?
While I agree with Forrest, there are reasons why Top is the more likely
prospect- there may be input from the associations, but understand
"initiatives" take time to implement and may be hampered by sponsorship by a
risk-aversive association, as well as the liability and other concerns
they'd be exposed to. Alas, we're not in a perfect world and Top is already
recognized as a cpvc problem magnet.

Top or whomever is certainly affected by the clamps on info flow by
litigation. And whenever proclamations are released -even when based on
"data" or "historical facts"- a defending arty can introduce all tyes of
counters, such as we've seen in the past, as we'd expect, and is likely to
continue. Hence the difficulty of reality, and why Top or an Association
can't just compile a bunch of info and statistics and release them. It just
isn't that easy.

However, seeds planted will likely germinate shortly. Be patient and check
for dry fits!

I miss read it, but it sure did stir up some debate and questions from a
contractors point of view.

Obviously the contractors need an advocate and it looks like you may be the
chosen one.
