I have checked the archives and can not find what I am looking for. I have an old school building with an attic area that is not accessible and a 6' crawl space with no equipment. Building is all wood. They are redoing the building into apartments (13D). For some reason I remember someone telling me or reading that in a 13R or 13D system if the areas mentioned were net being used or accessed then they did not need to be sprinkled. Is this something I dreamed up?
