8.3.4.3 Sprinklers with nominal K-factors of K-4.2 (60) shall
be permitted to be installed on dry pipe systems where piping
is corrosion resistant or internally galvanized.
8.4.7 Large Drop Sprinklers.
8.4.7.2.1 Where steel pipe is used in preaction and dry pipe
systems, piping materials shall be limited to internally galvanized
steel.

I know this subject has come up before.  Is galvanized pipe required in all
dry systems using air?  Or just systems with large drip heads or 4.2k heads
and smaller?
