We use it here as well. We also give it a big thumbs up. Bobby Gillett Sr. Project Manager Key Fire Protection, Inc. Thank you Craig. This reminds me how important a small discrepancy in terminology or misunderstanding of terminology can make a very big difference. Similar to a legislator that introduced a bill in the SD Congress to prevent local jurisdictions from adopting residential sprinkler portions of the code. Right after his ridiculous statements on the news about not wanting any builders to lose any jobs because of mandating sprinklers the news cuts away to a lawn sprinkler watering a lawn. I about fell off my couch laughing. Yes it is Autosprink VR that we are considering. We use it for general piping, electrical, hvac. It's a piece of junk for fire protection if you're doing detailed design. For 3D building design, it's adequate, some love it, but it has hardly nothing for fire protection in its library. Then you still have to do calcs as a separate effort. No nice and tidy CALC button on the menu. Autosprink, the concensus says big thumbs up.
