Hi Eric, Apparently, the 72° air that comes out of the ceiling diffuser in a residential area is hotter than the 72° air that comes out of the ceiling diffuser in a non-residential area? :) Maybe they were talking about something else and left the P off of their area descriptions. That could fit in that case.
