Ok change of perception as you require it. This is a tricky application because 13 could be much more descript in this application. That being, the hazard class on this should draw more attention to construction type and the amount of permanent combustible decoration that is being utilized. This application can be very much like the Rain Forest café' restaurants. Place is loaded down with decorative plastics and gets a Light Hazard rated sprinkler system over seating areas, and Ordinary Group 1 in the kitchen. Sticking to 13 will allow a Light Hazard rating on this but I don't feel the specifics are truly addressed. I would reflect GP1 on this application or provide the demand for GP 1. Good Luck-
