We have, in the past, taken the appropriate sized pipe and used a plasma
cutter to split it in half, being sure to cut a notch in each side. The
notch helps hold the two pieces together when put over the pipe being
sleeved and slid into the wall.

Subject: pipe sleeves

We have a job with existing pipe that the spec is requiring sleeves for all
new block walls.
There will be plenty of existing 1" and 1 1/4" pipe penetrating these new
walls. What is the best way to sleeve existing small pipe?
Thanks,
