Thanks,
Eric sent me cut sheet offline for a filler flange from Star fittings
that will work just fine.

You might try using (2) 1/2" plate flanges with 3 gaskets. Sometimes
around here they call them irrigation flanges, they are made from 1/2"
steel plate and are typically made to weld on to IPS steel pipe, so the
I.D. of the flange and the bolt holes are the right size. We have used
them typically on Backflow retro fits. Good luck.

Subject: DPV replacement

We have to replace 6 existing 6in Star DPV with a 17in takeout. I
cannot find another manufacture that has a DPV with the same takeout.
The closest is 16in. The original pipe is threaded 6in sch 40 so I
would like to leave it alone if possible.

Does anyone know of a company that makes 1" thick flange spacer? Any
other suggestions?

Thanks,
