You can take a standard companion flange to a good machine shop and
they can turn it down to the exact size you need.

Subject: DPV replacement
We have to replace 6 existing 6in Star DPV with a 17in takeout. I cannot
find another manufacture that has a DPV with the same takeout.
The closest is 16in. The original pipe is threaded 6in sch 40 so I would
like to leave it alone if possible.
Does anyone know of a company that makes 1" thick flange spacer? Any other
suggestions?
