If they store and hydraulically transfer pump flammable lubricants, you could 
make a case for that density, or even .40/2,500, which would be EH Group 2.  
How independent is this facility?  How many service bays?  Our firm has just 
taken in a new project that includes the bus maintenance facility for a 
regional school district.  26 service bays, tire storage ... the whole 
enchilada.  There will be at least three and maybe four separate design areas 
for the various hazards and commodities; it's hard to generalize.

How would you classify a bus repair garage according to NFPA 13?  FM Global 
Data Sheet 3-26 classifies it as Hazard Category 3, or 0.30/2,500, which is 
equivalent to Extra-Hazard Group 1.  This would put it in the same category as 
aircraft hangers, particle board manufacturing plants, and print shops that use 
low flash point inks.  Seems excessive to me.
