Hello Everyone, This is a one-time only post to the technical forum. We want everyone to be aware.
Parkland College is making the Sprinkler System Technology Degree Program available online. Anyone, anywhere can take these courses online at their own pace. Registration should be completed by August 2nd to ensure a seat in the classes. More info available at:http://tinyurl.com/SST-OnlineDegree This program is different from and not intended to replace the courses you should be taking from the AFSA. (Did everyone hear me type that?!?!?) If you know anyone that is interested in using financial aid to learn about designing fire sprinkler systems, then this is the right place. (Have them apply to Parkland College and then for FAFSA immediately!) AND..... we have set up a George L. Church Memorial Scholarship Fund into which you can make contributions. Eventually, scholarships will be awarded to deserving degree seeking students. I look forward to hearing your comments and questions.
