You should have started with this question (since it is the issue). The Table says Combustible Construction so as already identified by Ken you go to the definitions. The only issue that comes to mind where it is the combustibility of the framing that drives the criteria is the other (nasty, ultra-ultra conservative) attic criteria in 8.6.4.1.4.
