CertainTeed tells me they don't do fire tests on the kraft-backed stuff.

You'll need to know the ratings on the batt insulation. It needs to have a 
flame spread below 25 among other things. Look at 
A.8.15.1.2.17 references "Batt insulation meeting noncombustible or 
limited-combustible criteria", to start.
